Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of reporting experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce and the insurance renewal process.
• 3 to 5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing or guiding complex workflow in renewal, reporting, or case-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of renewal processes and reporting expectations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate renewal processes, reporting programs, and operational workflows.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Management through renewal.
• Coach team members through training and day-to-day support.
• Gather requirements, assess needs, identify risks, and support mitigation.
• Provide status updates and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Lead small internal initiatives to improve renewal and reporting team effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to maintain a high-performing team.
