Qualifications

• 5–7 years of reporting experience.
• 3–5 years with Salesforce and insurance renewal processes.
• 3–5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.
• Experience guiding complex renewal, reporting, or case-driven workflows.
• Strong knowledge of renewal processes, reporting expectations, and stakeholder support.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes and reporting programs.
• Lead daily case discussions and review complex Salesforce cases.
• Be primary point of contact for Client Management during renewal.
• Coach and guide team through training and workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and mitigate risks.
• Provide regular status updates and raise issues for resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Lead small internal initiatives to improve renewal team effectiveness.
