Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Renewal and Reporting Team Lead to oversee renewal workflows, reporting programs, and Salesforce case management. You will guide a high-performing team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure accurate, timely delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years of reporting experience, Salesforce and Tableau proficiency, and a strong focus on process improvement, coaching, and stakeholder communication. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of reporting experience required.
• 3–5 years with Salesforce and the insurance renewal process preferred.
• 3–5 years health insurance group benefits experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and workflows for on-time delivery.
• Lead daily case discussions and review complex Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Management throughout renewal, maintaining strong relationships.
