Job summary

MasTec Renewables is hiring a Warranty Coordinator I to support warranty management across Renewables projects. The role collaborates with multiple departments to improve efficiency and organizes tasks for timely resolutions of warranty claims.

Travel up to 15% is expected, with locations including Phoenix, AZ; Indianapolis, IN; and Fargo, ND. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and a safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of administrative support experience; billing or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with materials research and document retrieval for warranty manager and field leads.
• Support field team coordination and warranty item completion.
• Generate work orders and cost codes to aid cost tracking.
• Create purchase order requests and monitor procurement approvals.
• Maintain MasTec CE&I Warranty email and respond as needed.
• Attend owner meetings and presentations when appropriate.
• Track substantial completion dates and warranty periods.
• Maintain client and vendor contact lists.
• Assist in preparing end-of-warranty assignments and warranty reports.
• Support in non-warrantable / cost-plus billing recovery documentation.
