MasTec Renewables is seeking a Warranty Coordinator I to support warranty management across projects, located in Fargo, ND with 30% travel; you will work with cross-functional teams to streamline warranty resolution and maintain trackers.

The role emphasizes admin support, document control in ProCore, cost tracking, and preparation of warranty handover materials; you will interact with procurement, field teams, and owners to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years’ admin support experience; billing or construction experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SmartSheet; able to learn ProCore.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with warranty item coordination and document retrieval from ProCore.
• Generate cost-tracking codes and assist with purchase orders.
• Maintain warranty trackers and client/vendor contact lists.
• Support preparation of warranty handover and reporting materials.
