Job summary

Fifteen West in New York, NY is seeking an Account Management or recruiting/delivery professional to join a growing executive search team serving renewable energy, infrastructure, and clean technology sectors.

You will own live vacancies, build a focused market across renewables, and manage the full recruitment process while collaborating with colleagues in New York, Austin and Houston. Hybrid work with three in-office days and two remote days is available.

Qualifications

• Six months or more recruitment experience in a 360 or 270 environment.
• Experience in renewable energy, energy, oil and gas, aerospace, engineering or a related market.
• Confidence in speaking with candidates and clients and developing long-term commercial relationships.
• Proactive approach to developing accounts and identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of live vacancies and established client relationships from an early stage
• Build a specialist market across renewable energy, infrastructure or an adjacent technical sector
• Manage the full recruitment process from qualifying to placement
• Collaborate with colleagues across New York, Austin and Houston on shared clients and opportunities
• Develop relationships with developers, investors, utilities and growing energy businesses across the US
