Placements24, a client-focused recruitment consultancy, seeks a Specialist Recruitment Consultant specializing in Renewable Energy. This fully remote role targets talent across solar, wind, hydro, and related green projects, sourcing engineers, managers, and policy experts for leading energy firms.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, develop niche sourcing strategies, and stay ahead of global energy trends.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with focus on Renewable Energy or related tech sectors.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing specialized technical/professional roles in clean energy.
• Strong understanding of the renewable energy landscape and key players.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for renewable energy roles (solar, wind, storage, grid).
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche talent like Renewable Energy Engineers and Policy Analysts.
• Build and maintain client relationships in the clean energy space.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments focused on technical and project experience.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for successful candidates.
• Provide market insights and talent acquisition strategies to clients.
