Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Project Estimation Manager to lead end-to-end estimation for renewable projects within the EPCTS department in Houston. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, develop cost models, assess risks, and drive data-driven investment decisions.

Strong communication and leadership without direct authority are required. A background in engineering or related fields and 5+ years in renewable energy is preferred; Python/SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of renewable energy project development, management, or practical experience.
• Experience with renewable project valuation, financial modeling, or risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Estimation Process Execution and Risk Mitigation for renewable projects.
• Collaborate with Strategic Procurement, Construction, Engineering, and O&M teams to analyze designs, costs, and energy estimates.
• Define estimation frameworks, assumptions hierarchies, and risk quantification methodologies to establish best practices.
• Guide analysts and cross-functional contributors through coaching and direction.
• Promote standardized estimation processes, tools, and data infrastructure across EPCTS.
