EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Project Estimation Manager to drive the end-to-end estimation process for renewable energy initiatives within the EPCTS department. You will own construction cost assumptions, operating expenses, and energy production impacts, guiding investment decisions and portfolio prioritization.

The role requires leadership in cross-functional teams, strong analytical skills, and the ability to elevate estimation standards and tools while coaching analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of renewable energy project development, project management, or related practical renewable energy experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Construction, Engineering, and O&M teams to analyze project designs, costs, and energy estimates.
• Define, govern, and evolve estimation frameworks, assumptions hierarchies, and risk quantification methodologies.
• Support EPCTS leadership with strategic insights and recommendations on estimation improvements.
• Mentor and guide analysts and cross-functional contributors through coaching and technical direction.
