Job summary

EDF power solutions North America seeks a Project Estimation Manager to drive end-to-end project evaluation for renewable energy initiatives. You will lead estimation of construction costs, O&M expenses, and energy production impacts, guiding cross‑functional teams to ensure robust, investment‑grade assessments.

You will promote standardization of estimation tools and foster collaboration across EPCTS, stakeholders, and leadership to accelerate informed decisions and long‑term project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of renewable energy project development, project management, or similar experience.
• Experience with renewable project valuation, financial modeling, and risk analysis methodologies.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML to drive innovation and data-driven insights.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering, software development, or data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Execute estimation process with risk mitigation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align design, costs, and energy estimates.
• Define estimation frameworks, risk quantification, and best practices for EPCTS.
• Guide analysts and contributors through coaching and technical direction.
• Proactively identify gaps in estimation processes and drive improvements.
• Support data solutions engineering and advanced analytics initiatives.
