Job summary

EDF power solutions North America seeks a Project Estimation Manager to lead end-to-end estimation for renewable energy projects within the EPCTS department. You will oversee construction and operating cost assumptions, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure data-informed investment decisions.

This role emphasizes coaching analysts, advancing estimation processes, and leveraging analytics to improve project value. A proactive, data-driven leader with renewables experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of renewable energy project development or related experience.
• Proven ability to set methodologies, drive standards, and influence strategy across boundaries.
• Experience with renewable project valuation, financial modeling, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimation process execution and risk mitigation with cross-functional teams.
• Define and evolve estimation frameworks and risk quantification methodologies.
• Guide analysts through coaching and technical direction without formal supervision.
• Promote standardized estimation processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide strategic insights to EPCTS leadership and drive data-driven decisions.
