Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Project Estimation Manager to drive end-to-end estimation for renewable energy projects within the EPCTS organization. You will own analytical standards, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and guide investment decisions with a focus on cost accuracy and long-term project value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years in renewable energy project development or management with high-value projects ($250+ million).
• Proven track record of setting methodologies, driving standards, and influencing strategy across organizational boundaries.
• Experience with renewable project valuation, financial modeling, and/or risk analysis methodologies including Monte Carlo simulations.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive project insights and data-informed decision-making.
• Experience leveraging AI and machine learning to drive innovation.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering, software development, or data architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with EPCT teams to analyze project designs, costs, and energy estimates.
• Set estimation frameworks, hypotheses, and risk quantification methodologies for best practices.
• Coach analysts and cross-functional contributors with minimal direct supervision.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to EPCTS leadership on project value and feasibility.
• Promote adoption of AI/ML and advanced analytics to improve estimation processes.
