Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Performance & Monitoring Lead to join our growing team in Houston, TX, with travel to Eunice, NM. The role oversees project performance measurement, reporting, and analysis across renewables, construction, and operations, integrating cost, schedule, risk, and progress data to drive better decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead project performance monitoring activities across renewable energy development, construction, and operational projects.
• Integrate cost, schedule, progress, and risk data to provide a comprehensive view of project health and performance.
• Develop and maintain project controls reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Analyze project trends, variances, forecasts, and risks and provide recommendations to project and business leadership.
• Support forecasting, earned value management, and project performance reviews.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify corrective actions and recovery strategies when performance deviates from plan.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards, governance processes, and reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of project controls processes, tools, and performance measurement methodologies.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
