Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Performance & Monitoring Lead based in Houston, TX. The role oversees project performance measurement, reporting, and analysis across projects and programs, integrating cost, schedule, and risk data to inform decisions and improve delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive performance, forecast, and governance, ensuring standards are met and reporting is accurate and actionable. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience leading project controls for large programs.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project performance monitoring across renewable energy development, construction, and operations.
• Integrate cost, schedule, progress, and risk data for comprehensive project health.
• Develop and maintain project controls reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Analyze trends, variances, forecasts, and risks; advise leadership.
• Support forecasting, earned value management, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with teams to identify corrective actions and recovery strategies.
