Job summary

Advantage Capital Management in New York is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its renewables finance team. You will help identify, structure, and execute renewable energy projects, interfacing with developers, investors, and government agencies to advance the firm’s investment strategy.

The role demands solid project finance experience (solar, BESS, wind), strong communication and leadership, and the ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, environmental science, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of renewables transactions experience (Solar/BESS/Wind).
• Experience with project finance and tax equity across multiple structures.

Responsibilities

• Implement originations and execution strategy for financing renewable energy and supply chain projects.
• Support the structuring and negotiation of financial agreements.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in renewable energy sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with project developers, investors, governmental agencies, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
