Aspenall Energies Services, LLC is seeking an Operations Project Manager to oversee field operations for renewable energy projects across development, operation, and repowering stages. The role emphasizes safety, vendor coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will manage POs, invoices, budgets, and schedules while traveling to operating sites to ensure quality and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 2+ years in renewable energy operations, project coordination, or field services.
• Ability to manage schedules, POs, invoices, and budgets.
• Proficiency with Excel, pivot tables, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track maintenance, repairs, and inspections at operating projects.
• Travel to sites to supervise work, drive efficiency, and report findings.
• Manage stakeholder communications and onboarding activities for projects.
• Support PO creation, budget impact reviews, and invoice reconciliation.
• Maintain operational records and generate monthly performance data.
