Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Project Execution Manager to oversee PV and Battery Field Construction activities, including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural trades. The role manages budgets, schedules, safety objectives, and coordination with customers.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 10+ years in renewable energy projects, experience with design integration, subcontracting, and O&M turnover. Travel up to 50% and a US driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred in engineering or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Renewable energy projects (PV and Storage).
• Experience with budget, scheduling, and quality responsibilities.
• Travel up to 50% and a US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and manage project support services including budgeting and scheduling.
• Pre-qualify and manage contractors, subcontractors and equipment vendors.
• Develop and structure project-related contracts and maintain contact with customers.
• Manage phases of projects in compliance with contracts and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Development, and PM teams on design optimization.
• Conduct constructability reviews and pre-construction site walks.
• Perform cost estimating and purchasing functions.
• Direct construction contract administration and risk management.
• Monitor safety and ensure project documentation is filed in CRM/project directory.
• Oversee testing and QA checks to verify project quality.
