Job summary

Capital Power seeks an O&M Manager to lead operations and maintenance for wind and solar farms, planning, coordinating, and executing activities to maximize safety, reliability, and performance. You will report to the Director, US Renewables, and collaborate with Site Managers to achieve safety and performance targets.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and CMMS Maximo experience, with a focus on reducing downtime and costs while meeting regulatory and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations and maintenance for wind and/or solar facilities.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with budgeting, planning, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all O&M activities and safety at wind/solar plants.
• Lead integration of new sites from Construction into O&M.
• Partner with Site Managers to meet reliability and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual commitments.
• Manage CMMS (Maximo) data accuracy and asset records.
• Develop long-term maintenance plans and annual budgets.
