Job summary

Capital Power is seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Manager to lead O&M activities for wind and solar facilities. You will drive safety, reliability, and efficiency across sites, manage CMMS Maximo operations, and ensure timely integration of new sites into the fleet.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years leading O&M staff at power generation sites.
• Knowledge of high voltage substations, wind or solar.
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo) and reading mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Ability to report to senior management in clear terms.
• Willingness for regular site travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all O&M activities and safety at assigned wind and/or solar plants.
• Lead integration of new sites and handover from Construction.
• Coordinate with Site Managers to meet facility objectives.
• Develop long-range maintenance plans and budgets.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Lead O&M supplier relationships and KPI reporting.
