Job summary

Capital Power is seeking an O&M Manager for renewable operations in the US. You will plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance across wind and solar facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation while partnering with Site Managers to hit performance targets.

Role requires an engineering degree or equivalent O&M experience, strong CMMS skills, and ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships. Travel to sites will be expected.

Qualifications

• Completed Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree or advanced trade certificate.
• Degree, AA, or two-year technical college program related to plant operations.
• Journeyman trade certification may be considered with plant O&M experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all O&M activities, safety, and performance at wind and/or solar plants.
• Coordinate integration of new sites and handover from Construction.
• Guide Site Managers to meet facility objectives and budgets.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and contracts.
• Lead OEM contract understanding and supplier relationships.
