Job summary

Valdeseng is seeking an Inventory Management & Project Coordinator to oversee inventory across renewable assets such as solar facilities, BESS, substations, and BOP equipment. You will manage procurement, replenishment, auditing, warehousing, and reporting to support the fleet.

The role is ~90% inventory focus and 10% project coordination, with emphasis on accuracy, traceability, cycle audits, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts, consumables, tools, and equipment.
• Manage inventory transactions: receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, returns.
• Ensure all movements are documented and traceable.
• Monitor stock levels and establish reorder points.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory across sites.
• Track serialized and high-value components for warranty and asset traceability.
• Oversee warehouse and site storage locations.
• Ensure inventory is organized, labeled, secured, and maintained.
• Conduct routine site visits to validate conditions.
• Coordinate material transfers between facilities.
• Identify inventory needs with Supply Chain and Operations teams.
• Create and track purchase requisitions and orders.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and communicate availability.
• Assist with vendor coordination related to inventory, warranty claims, and replacements.
• Lead annual and cycle audits; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
• Provide monthly inventory reports and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and maintain inventory procedures and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for standardization across sites.
• Recommend optimization strategies to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
