Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Specialist/Expeditor to support EPC projects across solar, wind, BESS, substations, and transmission lines. The role emphasizes sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and expediting critical resources from bid to delivery.

The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office, and involves coordinating with project teams, logistics, and site crews to meet project schedules and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Expedites purchase orders and subcontracts for major equipment and materials through delivery against commitments.
• Performs desk and field expediting, coordinating progress and recovery plans when needed.
• Maintains an expediting log and tracks on-site delivery readiness.
• Mentors Procurement staff and collaborates with expeditors, buyers and managers.

Responsibilities

• Support EPC projects across renewable energy and transmission initiatives.
• Identify risks in sourcing and delivery, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Build strong internal and supplier relationships to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental procedures.
