Job summary

SunStrong Management is seeking a Portfolio Support Coordinator to streamline onboarding, vendor coordination, and documentation across O&M portfolios. You will manage vendor onboarding, site documentation, and contract support while ensuring accurate records and timely communications with internal teams.

The role emphasizes process rigor, attention to detail, and collaboration with Portfolio and Project Managers to sustain performance, risk controls, and client expectations in renewable energy

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations support, vendor coordination, or admin roles.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication; experience with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new field service providers and vendors, collecting required documents.
• Set up system access and credentialing for platforms.
• Distribute SOPs, onboarding guides and partner expectations.
• Maintain centralized repositories for contracts, agreements, and exhibits.
• Assist with contract creation, amendments, and implementation.
• Support bid processes by distributing packages and organizing summaries.
• Track action items across operations, legal, and finance teams.
• Identify gaps and improve onboarding templates and workflows.
