The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Renewables/Ethanol Production Worker to support cook, distillation, energy center, and DCS operations while assisting with corn grinding, fermentation, distillation, evaporation, dryer, and boiler processes.

The role involves monitoring production, sampling, documenting results, and maintaining records. You will work in a hands-on production environment with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, including shifting schedules and routine

Qualifikationen

• Has basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational process.
• Works within clearly defined standard operations procedures and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.
• Works with close supervision.

Aufgaben

• Perform processing functions in the cook, distillation, energy center and/or DCS areas of ethanol production with assistance.
• Perform activities relating to processing functions such as corn grinding and cook operations, yeast and fermentation quality control, yeast, distillation, evaporation, dryer and boiler operations.
• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment settings or raw materials inputs as directed to ensure the optimal efficiency in the production process.
• Perform general product sampling, lab testing, document results, and report findings to crew leadership and/or laboratory personnel.
• Maintain documentation and record key production data as directed.
• Operate various types of mobile equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks.
