Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Renewables/Ethanol Production Worker to support key ethanol production processes including cook, distillation, energy center, and DCS operations.

You will assist with corn grinding, fermentation, distillation, evaporation, dryer, and boiler operations while maintaining accurate records. This hands-on role requires a safety mindset and willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a 24x7 ethanol facility, with day/night rotation and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred and basic computer/data entry skills.
• 0–2 years of relevant production experience is expected.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform processing in cook, distillation, energy center and DCS areas of ethanol production.
• Support corn grinding, fermentation quality control, distillation, evaporation, dryer and boiler operations.
• Monitor production processes, adjust equipment settings as directed, and document results.
• Maintain production records and operate mobile equipment with safe work practices.
• Assist with housekeeping and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
