Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Renewables/Ethanol Production Worker to support cook, distillation, energy center, and DCS operations in a 24x7 ethanol production facility.

You will monitor processes, adjust equipment, perform sampling and lab testing, maintain records, operate mobile equipment, and keep the work area clean to ensure safe, efficient production of renewable fuels. Shift work including day/night and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years’ relevant experience required.
• Basic computer operation and data entry skills.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment and/or a valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ethanol production processes in cook, distillation, energy center and DCS areas.
• Adjust equipment settings or inputs to optimize production efficiency.
• Perform product sampling, lab testing, and document results.
• Maintain production records and operate mobile equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping to support safe operations.
