The Andersons, Inc. is hiring a Renewables/Ethanol Production Worker to support ethanol production processes, including cook, distillation, energy center, and DCS operations.

You will assist with corn grinding, fermentation, distillation, evaporation, dryer and boiler tasks, while maintaining accurate production records. We seek a hands-on, safety-minded team member who thrives in a 24x7 facility with 12-hour shifts and rotating days/nights, weekend/holiday work.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant production experience.
• Basic computer operation and data entry skills.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment and a valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Perform processing in cook, distillation, energy center and/or DCS areas of ethanol production.
• Assist with corn grinding, yeast and fermentation quality control, distillation, evaporation, dryer and boiler operations.
• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment settings or inputs to maximize efficiency.
• Perform product sampling, lab testing, document results and report findings to leadership.
• Maintain production records and operate mobile equipment; perform general housekeeping.
