Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Project Scheduler II to support renewables EPC projects in a multi-office setting, including Denver, Fargo, Phoenix and Indianapolis. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, reports, and schedule integrity for complex construction efforts with regional travel.

You will gather updates, maintain baselines, and generate detailed reports while coordinating with management and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of related planning & scheduling experience on engineering/construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor schedule and earned value baseline.
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of schedules and budget (including resource loading).
• Obtain and collect schedule updates from construction management personnel and contractors.
• Maintain project construction schedule baseline and updates.
• Assemble and compile schedules and inputs and provide detailed computer generated schedule reports, charts, and diagrams.
• Analyze schedule progress and performance and identifies developing problem areas.
• Maintain the master schedule logic and assess impact of delays, critical path, accelerations, cancellations, and additions.
• Provide data processing support for network schedule calculations, reports, and related services.
