Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Project Scheduler II for renewables EPC projects. This office-based role supports schedule development, updates, and reporting across multiple sites including Indianapolis, Fargo, Phoenix, Denver, and Dallas with 10-20% travel.

You will manage WBS-based schedules, analyze progress, and prepare detailed schedule reports while coordinating with project teams and contractors to ensure on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of related planning & scheduling on engineering/construction projects.
• Proficiency with earned value methods and Primavera scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor schedule and earned value baseline.
• Create WBS and schedules with resource loading.
• Gather schedule updates from management and contractors.
• Maintain master schedule logic and assess impacts of delays and changes.
