The role involves directing staff engineers and technicians, and collaborating across teams to ensure code-compliant, high-quality deliverables. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• EIT certification required; PE preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Designs and deliverables to support permitting, design, and construction of renewable energy projects.
• Direct and review work by staff engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs meet codes and standards.
• Support Lead Engineers and provide coverage in their absence.
• Engage in client interactions and project lifecycle understanding.
