RWE Americas, LLC is seeking an O&M Manager to lead the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of renewable energy assets in the United States. You will supervise plant personnel, manage daily operations, maintenance, and event response to ensure adherence to safety and industry standards.

Applicants should have a strong background in electrical/mechanical systems, lead teams effectively, and experience with SCADA/CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business or technical science from a US-accredited school preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in operations/maintenance of electrical, mechanical or related systems, with 2+ years in the renewables industry.
• Experience managing facilities and leading/supervising teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee plant operations ensuring safe, reliable performance within design parameters.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts to meet approved costs.
• Supervise staff; ensure safety training and compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Provide operational analysis and review reports to support asset management.
