The role provides exposure to field operations, performance optimization, and engineering functions across regions, with a May 24, 2027 start date and potential extension based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Current student, junior or higher.
• Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics / Data Science / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / MIS / Statistics / Applied Mathematics.
• Willing to travel to renewable sites as needed.
• Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week) and commute to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid policy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance data across Solar, Storage, and Wind assets.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and regional inconsistencies.
• Support development of standardized processes and best practices across sites.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
• Collaborate with site teams, reliability engineering, and performance optimization groups.
• Provide recommendations to improve reliability, availability, and generation performance.
