Job summary

Nexamp, a leading clean energy company, is seeking a Financing Operations Manager to drive post-close financing execution across construction debt portfolios and related finance workstreams. You’ll turn complex requirements into clear, repeatable processes and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Asset Management, and other teams to keep financing operations on track.

You will work from our Boston, MA office on a hybrid schedule, reporting to the Director, Financing Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing conditions precedent checklists, closing workflows, and recurring reporting in a high‑volume environment.
• Ability to translate credit agreements and closing documentation into actionable workplans.
• Strong project management and organizational discipline with multiple facilities and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality standards for trackers, data rooms, and reporting materials.
• Maintain borrowing checklists and readiness trackers to advance funding efficiently.
• Coordinate certifications and compliance items including wage documentation and IRA/ITC documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure clear deliverables, timelines and handoffs.
• Document and refine SOPs, RACIs, and playbooks for repeatable financing operations processes.
• Support the Director, Finance Operations with recurring reporting and process improvements.
