BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mid-Level Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney in its Denver, CO office to handle development, financing and transactional matters for a sophisticated national practice.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in renewable energy deals, JD from an accredited school, and admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility for admission without examination.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in renewable energy transactions or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Renewable Energy group.
• Engage in project development and transactional practice areas.
• Negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements.
• Advise on tax credit matters, including ITCs and PTCs.
