BCG Attorney Search invites applications for a Mid-Level Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney in Washington, DC. You will join a well-established national practice and work across a broad range of renewable energy projects, from development through financing and close.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in energy transactions, excellent writing and analytical abilities, and is eligible for admission to the District of Columbia Bar.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in renewable energy transactions or related fields.
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission in the District of Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Renewable Energy group.
• Engage in project development, commercial, financing, and transactional work.
• Negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements.
