The role requires 2–3 years of energy transaction experience and Colorado admission eligibility, with a strong emphasis on writing and persuasive drafting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in renewable or conventional energy transactions.
• Colorado bar eligibility or admission (without examination)
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Renewable Energy group.
• Engage in project development and transactional practice areas.
• Negotiate, draft, and close commercial agreements.
