• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Licensed to practice in California or eligible for admission without examination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Renewable Energy group.
• Engage in project development and transactional practice areas.
• Negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements.
• Advise on tax credit matters, including ITCs and PTCs.
