Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mid-Level Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney for its New York office. You will work on a diverse docket of renewable energy projects within a national practice, collaborating with seasoned attorneys in the Renewable Energy group.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in energy transactions or related fields, strong writing and communication skills, and NY bar admission or eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in renewable or energy transactions or related fields.
• Familiarity with tax credit matters (ITCs/PTCs) is a plus.
• Licensed to practice in New York or eligible for admission without examination.

Responsibilities

• Engage in project development, commercial, financing and transactional practice areas.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Renewable Energy group.
• Negotiate, draft and close complex commercial agreements.
