Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in renewable or conventional energy transactions.
• Experience in mergers & acquisitions, financing, real estate, and/or project development.
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Renewable Energy group.
• Engage in project development and transactional work.
• Negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements.
• Advise on tax credit matters, including ITCs and PTCs.
