Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of technology project management experience.
• Strong Jira, SDLC, and Agile skills with facilitation ability.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and able to work with ambiguity.

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze processes and identify improvements.
• Lead requirements discovery to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Manage Agile delivery, Jira, and project communication.
