Qualifications

• Pursuing ABET-accredited undergrad in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn in a cross-disciplinary environment.
• Willingness to attend site visits and perform outdoor work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to build foundational proficiency in AutoCAD, RISA, STAAD and other design software.
• Assist in structural analysis and design of solar racking, BESS enclosure, and equipment pad foundations.
• Support preparation of structural calculations, drawings, and construction documents.
• Help perform wind, seismic, and gravity load calculations per codes.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members across renewable energy projects.
• Travel to project sites to gather field data and interface with clients.
