Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree requirement in analytical field.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze property valuations, assessments, and tax obligations across a portfolio of energy and infrastructure assets.
- Perform valuation analyses using DCF, direct capitalization, replacement cost, and comps methodologies.
- Review assessment notices, filings, and valuation data to identify risks, opportunities, and savings.
- Assist in developing assessment strategies and negotiations with local assessors and taxing authorities.
- Prepare financial analyses and forecasting models to estimate property tax expenses and support budgeting.
