Job summary

Pattern Energy is seeking a finance professional to lead asset valuation, financial analysis, and transaction support across its operating asset fleet. You will develop and maintain models, forecast performance, and support approvals through the asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities include building operating asset models, producing performance reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing financings and partner relationships while contributing to value optimization and strategic

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years relevant work experience, including asset valuation and modelling.
• Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of relevant financial and mathematical modelling techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express ideas effectively and fluently.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment where teamwork and independent work ethic are essential.
• Ability to think strategically about markets and asset value optimization.
• Experienced across a broad spectrum of corporate financial decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operating asset financial models
• Generate asset financial performance and reporting products
• Cross-functional team coordination
• Transaction commercial and financial support to help manage: term conversion activities, project re-financings and asset optimizations including PPA renegotiation, re-powers, tax equity buyouts, etc.
