The role emphasizes clear, efficient writing and strong Excel skills. The ideal candidate is curious, hardworking, and able to learn complex energy policy, financial structures, and deal terms while coordinating multiple deal streams in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• New Investment Analysis: evaluate new opportunities with executive team; build energy financial models; research market data; define investment terms.
• Project Acquisition Coordination: assist in origination, negotiation and closing of project finance; review contracts and revenue plans.
• Create Written Work Product: write proposals, term sheets, marketing materials, outreach emails, and presentations.
