Job summary

Brookfield Renewable is seeking a Manager, Valuations to join our New York office. You will oversee the consolidated corporate model, lead portfolio and project valuations, and support strategic planning and financing initiatives.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and reports to the Vice President, Finance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in valuation or corporate finance within energy, strong Excel modelling skills, and the ability to translate complex analyses into clear

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment banking, Big 4 valuations, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or power preferred.
• Strong modelling of integrated financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the consolidated corporate model with P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts.
• Lead portfolio and project valuations using DCF and other methods.
• Design scenario analyses and assess impact on valuation.
• Collaborate with asset management, operations, accounting, tax, and FP&A.
• Support acquisitions, financings, and strategic planning with valuation analysis.
