Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Project Manager Associate/Project Manager to join the Environmental Finance team. The role focuses on underwriting and executing amendments and modifications, as well as assisting with structuring and closing complex renewable energy loans (solar, wind, storage) and related products.

You will manage risk, client relationships, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Your work will cover financial modeling review, credit analysis, and supporting post-closing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA/JD with relevant experience in environmental finance.
• Strong credit underwriting and financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience with complex, structured debt transactions and pro forma analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project milestones and risk of debt transactions to regulatory standards.
• Prepare underwriting packages for amendments, restructures, and new loans.
• Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, and engineers on third-party reports.
• Support closing and portfolio management while maintaining client relationships.
• Review complex loan documents and ensure alignment with policies.
