The role emphasizes evaluating financial models, managing client relationships, and coordinating with attorneys and engineers to close transactions in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Typically Bachelor's degree and six or more years of related experience OR
• MBA/JD with three or more years of directly related experience.
• Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and analysis of proforma financial statements.
• Proven credit underwriting and financial analysis skills, including cash flow analysis with complex, structured transactions.
• Comprehension of complex project finance transactions, loan documentation, and deal structure mechanics.
• Knowledge of renewable energy project underwriting and related regulatory structures.

Responsabilités

• Monitor project construction milestones, analyze performance and risk in debt transactions.
• Prepare underwriting packages for amendments, modifications, or restructures.
• Assist in underwriting for proposed debt financings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate underwriting, credit approval, and loan execution.
• Review complex legal documents and third‑party reports to support financing requests.
