Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an Associate Project Manager (APM) for Renewable Project Management to support planning, building and delivering utility-scale wind and solar energy projects from development through to commercial operation and turnover to operations.

You will collaborate with Project Managers to negotiate contracts, assist with design, manage permits, develop schedules and budgets, and support financing and interconnection efforts. Travel up to 25% and strong leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Understand and apply contract terms across projects.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and communicate across levels.
• Plan and manage complex project schedules with MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager to prepare, negotiate and manage contracts.
• Assist development with site layout, micro-siting and civil/electrical design.
• Manage permitting activities and secure required permits.
• Develop and update project schedules and budgets aligned with goals.
• Provide technical support for project financing and due diligence.
• Coordinate construction activities with design and schedule.
• Support development and construction for interconnection facilities.
