Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Project Manager, Renewable Project Management, to guide business development and support advanced development and construction of renewable energy projects, ensuring projects reach commercial operation. You will manage EPC contracts, permits, and multi-site construction, coordinating with utilities, developing site layouts, and supporting project financing and accounting.

Candidates should have a Engineering or Construction Management degree, 6+ years PM experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management required.
• 6+ years total, 4+ years PM in construction.
• Thorough contract knowledge and experience.
• Strong leadership and communication across levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and manage EPC Contracts.
• Manage construction permitting activities and obtain permits.
• Manage and monitor construction activities for multiple project sites.
• Ensure site construction adheres to protocols.
• Assist development with site layout, micro-siting and civil design.
• Lead coordination of development and construction with utilities.
• Lead coordination and support of internal project financing and accounting efforts.
