Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Project Manager, Renewable Project Management in Denver to guide development and construction of renewable energy projects from advanced development to commercial operation. You will lead multi-site construction, oversee EPC contracts, and coordinate with utilities and finance teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, 6+ years overall with 4+ years PM experience, strong leadership and communication, and up to 25% travel. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 6+ years of professional experience with at least 4+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Thorough understanding and implementation of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and manage EPC Contracts.
• Manage construction permitting activities and ensure that all required permits are obtained.
• Oversee construction activities for multiple project sites and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Assist development with site layout, micro-siting and civil design.
• Coordinate development and construction with interconnecting utilities.
• Support internal project financing and accounting efforts.
